Associate Product Manager @ Petpooja

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with partners (aggregators, payment gateways, logistics, SaaS tools) for integration requirements.
• Collect, understand, and document integration needs from partners and internal teams.
• Work on API flows, data mapping, and integration logic with tech teams.
• Manage the full integration cycle requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and go-live.
• Ensure data flow validation, error handling, and post-launch monitoring.
• Review API specs, workflows, and data structures with developers.
• Identify repetitive integration tasks and suggest ways to simplify or automate them.
• Support custom integration requests for clients with unique requirements.

Qualification and Skills:

• 2+ years in product/integration/operations roles.
• Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical tasks.
• Experience in SaaS, POS, or payments ecosystem is a plus.
• Degree in Engineering/CS preferred (MBA/PM cert is a bonus).
