Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as an Executive B2B Sales in the SALES industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales and client acquisition, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing business relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in field sales and client acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
