Job Description

Role & responsibilities

What Youll Do

Build an ATS (resume search, recruiter dashboard, workflows)
Develop a Chrome extension to extract candidate data
Create backend APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS)
Build frontend using React / Next.js
Integrate AWS S3 for file storage
Implement JWT authentication
Optimize MongoDB / PostgreSQL queries
Maintain clean code, docs, and Git workflows
Mentor interns and support future platforms

Must-Have Skills

Strong JavaScript fundamentals
React / Next.js
Node.js + Express/NestJS
MongoDB or PostgreSQL
REST APIs & JWT authentication
Git / GitHub
Basic AWS (S3, EC2)

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal candidate has 35 yrs full-stack experience with React and Node.js, strong JavaScript skills, database expertise, and an ownership mindset. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
