Job Description
Role:
We are looking for a motivated and high-energy Recruiter to join our dynamic team.
As part of this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, helping in hiring top talent.
You will learn the end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduates to launch a career in Recruitment (Talent Acquisition).
Responsibilities:
- Identify and submit qualified candidates based on the provided job description.
- Identify right candidates based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
- Validating the resumes and submitting them to the Delivery Manager
- Follow-up on feedbacks with the Delivery Manager for Interview Schedules
- Set up Interview Schedules, sharing it to the DM, tracking & ensuring the interviews are done.
- Interact with the candidates before submitting as and when required.
- Effective candidate engagement and post offer follow-up.
- Successful delivery of the offered candidates.
- Effective tracking of data, reflecting on the same and Management Reporting.
- Accountable for Revenue targets and meet them accordingly.
