Above 5yrs with experience in Indexing academic or educational content in the Humanities and STEM disciplines especially books.

Roles and responsibilities

Analyze document content, identify key terms, and organize them in a logical and easily searchable format.

Creating accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly indexes.

Proofreading and editing the index for accuracy and consistency.

Collaborating with authors and editors to ensure the index meets their needs.

sing indexing software especially Cindex to manage and format the index.

Efficiently managing time and utilizing indexing software to meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of the index.

Maintaining quality control and ensuring the index adheres to established guidelines
