Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Requirements

1 to 8+ years of experience in Business Development for Domestic Staffing (mandatory).
Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT hiring, recruitment models (Permanent/C2H).
Experience working with MSPs, sub-vendors, or direct clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong client-handling and relationship-building capability.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
