Role & responsibilities

Requirements

  1. 1 to 8+ years of experience in Business Development for Domestic Staffing (mandatory).
  2. Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT hiring, recruitment models (Permanent/C2H).
  3. Experience working with MSPs, sub-vendors, or direct clients.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong client-handling and relationship-building capability.
  7. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
