Role Overview

The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager - Sales is responsible for pitching Elite packages and services to prospective HNI customers and helping them find an appropriate alliance.

Key Responsibilities

Fixing appointments, directly meeting prospective customers and pitching the Elite packages & services.
Giving a presentation (via phone/whatsapp/email, etc) about the services we offer.
Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers and to close prospective leads.
Handling inquiries with regard to product, pricing, customer relations and complaints.
Utilizing effective selling approaches to meet sales targets.
Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right Elite experience and delivering quality service.
