Job Description

• Experience in supporting Finacle CBS 10.x for Indian Banks.
• Knowledge of Banking Operation Logic and flow.
• Good knowledge in Connect24, UNISER, CSIS & Finacle Integrator (FI).
• Should be able to understand and troubleshoot issues related to interface touchpoints.
• Should be ready to work as part of 24x7 operations team.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead the junior team members.
• Customer management with respect to the daily operations.
• Good to have knowledge in Java with exposure to Linux and Unix.
• Decent knowledge in Oracle database for troubleshooting issues.
