Job Description

This is a software development role involving a CRM. We use Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow/CX) to support customers within our Global Business Units and we are looking for a software developer who comes with a strong development background and able to analyze, design, write code, perform testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the team, you will work with customers and design customer facing applications and analytical reports based on provided specifications.

As a member of the software development team, you will design applications on Oracle Service Cloud platform based on customer requirements.Building and manage new and existing integrations with extrnal applications using Restful APIs.Specify, design and implement changes to existing applications and resolve bugs.Build and execute unit tests and unit plans.
