Job Description

As a Customer Delight Associate, youll be part of a passionate team focused on turning complaints into compliments with speed, heart and thoughtful problem-solving.

What will you do?

Engage with our customers across chats, emails and calls to resolve their queries
Work in rotational shifts, as per the business requirements
Work from office for 5 days a week

An ideal candidate has :

A customer-first mindset and is a natural problem solver
0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
Fluency in one or more regional languages - Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Bengali.
