Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR IR & Compliance professional to manage Industrial Relations, statutory compliances, and labour law matters. The role involves close coordination with government authorities, ensuring full compliance with Indian labour laws, and supporting smooth employeemanagement relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with Indian Labour & Statutory Laws, including:
- Factories Act / Shops & Establishments Act
- Contract Labour (R&A) Act
- Industrial Disputes Act
- Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.
- Manage PF, ESIC, and other statutory registrations, filings, inspections, and returns.
- Handle liaison with government officials such as Labour Department, PF, ESIC, Factory Inspectorate, and other statutory authorities.
- Represent the organization during labour inspections, audits, inquiries, and notices.
- Manage IR matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and dispute resolution.
- Oversee contractor compliances and ensure adherence to statutory norms for contract labor.
- Support HR audits (internal & external) and drive compliance improvements.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per legal requirements.
- Proven experience in government liaison and handling inspections.
- Sound understanding of Industrial Relations and employee grievance handling.
Educational Qualification
- MBA / MSW in HR or equivalent
- Degree/Diploma in Labour Law will be an added advantage
