Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Responsible for the operations efficiency of the hospital
- Will be responsible for the operational efficiency of Operations, Maintenance, Services and Facility Management.
- Conducting monthly review meetings of all executives to review performance of previous month, targets for the current month and devising action plans for improving performance.
- Monitoring and ensuring operational targets are met by the hospital and allied departments.
- Reviewing the operational plans of the hospital by ensuring that the plans are in line with the objectives of the company.
- Daily CRM meetings to review the day-to-day operational issues.
Quality of service
- Ensuring quality of service given are equivalent to set standards.
- Liaising with marketing department to ensure smooth working of corporate relations and operations.
- To ensure smooth functioning of major engineering plants to give uninterrupted service to the patient.
Budget preparation and setting up of systems
- Reviewing the operations vis--vis plans periodically and ensuring that adequate steps have been taken to co-ordinate with corporate relations on revised plans, if any.
- Setting up systems and procedures relating to all activities of his department.
- Preparing budget related to his department
- Conducting periodic analysis of profitability of operations and devising plans for improving profitability and reducing costs.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with relevant experience of 8 to 10 years with corporate hospitals.
