Associate Director Delivery | Medical Coding | CDI | IPDRG | US Healthcare RCM
Job Summary
We are hiring a senior leadership professional for the role of Associate Director Delivery (Medical Coding & Clinical Documentation Improvement CDI) to manage large-scale US Healthcare RCM delivery operations. The role requires deep expertise in IPDRG coding, CDI operations, end-to-end delivery management, SLA governance, client handling, and large team leadership. The incumbent will drive operational excellence, productivity, quality compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple healthcare accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery management for Medical Coding, IPDRG, and CDI operations.
- Define and execute delivery strategy, operating models, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage RCM operations, coding quality, productivity, accuracy, and audit compliance.
- Own resource planning, capacity management, utilization, and workforce forecasting.
- Drive SLA, TAT, AR metrics, coding accuracy, and compliance reporting.
- Handle client escalation management, stakeholder communication, and business reviews.
- Lead and mentor Senior Managers, Managers, Team Leads, QAs, and Coders (large FTE strength).
- Drive process excellence, automation, Six Sigma, Lean, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Transitions, Training, Quality, HR, IT, Compliance, and Analytics teams.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, AHA coding guidelines, CMS regulations, and payer policies.
- Lead transition management, ramp-ups, new client onboarding, and program expansions.
- Present MIS dashboards, productivity reports, SLA scorecards, and executive governance reviews.

- SLA, TAT, Productivity, Accuracy & Quality Governance
- Audit, Compliance, HIPAA, CMS, AHA Guidelines
- Lean, Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Automation
- Transition Management & New Program Launch
Eligibility Criteria
- Total Experience: 1720 years in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Coding / CDI
- Experience in Managerial Roles: 10+ years
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years as AGM / DGM / GM / Associate Director
- Must have handled multi-client enterprise delivery portfolios
Education & Certifications
- Bachelors / Masters Degree Any discipline
