Lead Golang and Cloud Native Developer @ Capgemini

Your Role

As a Golang Developer, you will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance applications leveraging GoLang and modern cloud-native technologies. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that meet business and technical requirements in dynamic environments.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain applications using GoLang with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Design and implement cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS services for automation and deployment.
• Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration to ensure efficient application lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and streamline delivery processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for scalability and resilience in production environments.
• Contribute to technical discussions, share best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in cloud-native ecosystems, containerization, and GoLang development.

Your Profile

• Experience: 7-10 years in software development with strong expertise in GoLang, Cloud Native architecture, and AWS infrastructure management.
• Mandatory Skills:
• Strong programming skills in GoLang.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services for infrastructure automation and application deployment.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems and shell scripting.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (GitHub/Gerrit).
• Experience with Rust is a plus.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
