Job Description


Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional from the BPO industry who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding our client portfolio, and building strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and procurement heads. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling BPO services (voice, non-voice, back-office and knowledge process outsourcing) and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in domestic and/or international BPO markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs, create proposals and lead contract negotiations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with operations and solutioning teams to design customized client offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and regular reporting for management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of proven sales / business development experience in the BPO industry.
  • Strong network and existing connects with decision-makers in key industries (e.g., E-commerce, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Travel, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of BPO services: inbound/outbound voice, chat/email support, back-office processes and value-added solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and generating multi-million revenue deals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience working with global clients (US/UK/ANZ/ME regions preferred).
  • Exposure to digital transformation, automation and CX solutions will be a plus.
