Job Specifications
Graduate (Bachelors or Masters).
Minimum 1+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with strong exposure to IPDRG coding.
Solid understanding of coding accuracy, quality requirements, and process workflows.
Strong coaching, feedback, and communication skills.
Ability to identify skill gaps and create development plans.
