Job Description

• Coders who improve accuracy, productivity, and process adherence.
  
• Regular performance checks and provide structured feedback.
  
• Analyze error patterns
  
• Facilitate and support upskilling initiatives.
  
• Assist in developing training materials, SOPs, and job aids.
  
• Participate in calibrations to ensure alignment between operations and quality.
  
• Support transition of new processes, ensuring coders are well-prepared and compliant.
  

Job Specifications

• Graduate (Bachelors or Masters).
  
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with strong exposure to IPDRG coding.
  
• Solid understanding of coding accuracy, quality requirements, and process workflows.
  
• Strong coaching, feedback, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to identify skill gaps and create development plans.
