We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who has hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, calling, coordination, and closing candidates for multiple roles.The role is 100% work from home.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sourcing & ScreeningSource candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp groups, references etc.
Screen applicants based on JD & required skills
Evaluate communication skills, experience, and job compatibility
B. Calling & Interview Coordination
Make 6080 calls per day
Explain job role, salary, shifts, company details
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with lineups until closure
C. Candidate Management
Maintain daily tracker of lineups, screening, selections
Follow up with candidates till joining
Ensure show rate & joining conversion
D. Reporting
Maintain MIS/reporting of daily activity
Share updates with team lead/manager
Work independently and meet hiring targets
E. Additional Responsibilities
JD posting & job marketing
Understanding requirements clearly
Good communication over calls & messages
Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment (BPO/IT/Non-IT/Any domain acceptable) or Calling (BPO)
Strong communication in Hindi + basic English
Ability to handle pressure and daily calling volume
Own laptop + good Wi-Fi
Professional attitude & stability
Ability to work independently from home---
HR background preferred but not mandatory
