Handle international and domestic customer queries via voice/chat, assist with ticket booking, cancellations, refunds, flight changes and baggage issues, provide accurate travel information, ensure customer satisfaction and follow quality guidelines.

Required Candidate profile

Excellent communication skills, 6+ months international BPO experience preferred. Comfortable with rotational shifts, HR Connect - 6291816***
