Job Description
- Role : PeopleSoft Administrator
- Location: Anywhere (Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai)
- Minimum Experience: 12+ years
- Joining: Immediate
- Duration: 6 months (extendable up to 2 years)
- Proven experience in installing and configuring PeopleSoft environments.
- Expertise in upgrading PeopleTools, including complex multi-hop upgrades to the latest releases.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Application upgrades across various modules and pillars.
- Skilled in installing and configuring Elastic Search and PUM Update Images.
- Proficient in applying PeopleTools patches, PUM updates, and Tax updates.
- Extensive experience in applying CPU patches for middleware components (WebLogic, Tuxedo, Java).
- Strong background in implementation, upgrade, and migration projects within PeopleSoft.
- Capable of refreshing environments and creating clones of PeopleSoft instances.
- Responsible for monitoring system performance and administering all PeopleSoft services and environments.
- Effective in troubleshooting development and production issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and leading customer discussions.
- Experience in Oracle database administration and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize performance for PeopleSoft applications and underlying databases.
- OCI Foundation Certification required.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment and travel as needed.
- Solid cloud migration experience, preferably on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) .
