PeopleSoft Administrator (On Contract) @ Oracle

Job Description

• Role : PeopleSoft Administrator
• Location: Anywhere (Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai)
• Minimum Experience: 12+ years
• Joining: Immediate
• Duration: 6 months (extendable up to 2 years)

• Proven experience in installing and configuring PeopleSoft environments.
• Expertise in upgrading PeopleTools, including complex multi-hop upgrades to the latest releases.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Application upgrades across various modules and pillars.
• Skilled in installing and configuring Elastic Search and PUM Update Images.
• Proficient in applying PeopleTools patches, PUM updates, and Tax updates.
• Extensive experience in applying CPU patches for middleware components (WebLogic, Tuxedo, Java).
• Strong background in implementation, upgrade, and migration projects within PeopleSoft.
• Capable of refreshing environments and creating clones of PeopleSoft instances.
• Responsible for monitoring system performance and administering all PeopleSoft services and environments.
• Effective in troubleshooting development and production issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and leading customer discussions.
• Experience in Oracle database administration and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize performance for PeopleSoft applications and underlying databases.
• OCI Foundation Certification required.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment and travel as needed.
• Solid cloud migration experience, preferably on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) .
