About CoLiving - The Vertical Youll Join


Zolos CoLiving vertical focuses on creating professionally managed homes for students and young professionals. These are not just rooms and beds, they are shared living environments built on safety, hygiene, responsiveness, and community.

As part of the CoLiving team, you will work directly at the property level, ensuring residents feel supported, heard, and cared for throughout their stay.

Role Overview - What This Role Is Really About


Imagine this:


A resident moves into a new city.

They are unsure, adjusting, and have questions.

Something breaks. A concern comes up. A complaint is raised.

You are the person they turn to.


As a Guest Relation Officer, you are the on-ground owner of the property and resident experience. From room allocation to complaint resolution, from coordination with housekeeping to ensuring safety and hygiene - you make sure the home runs smoothly every single day.

This is not a desk role.

This is a people-first, responsibility-heavy operations role.


What You Will Practically Do Every Day


You will:


  • Manage room allocations and occupancy at the property
  • Coordinate daily with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Handle resident complaints and resolve issues calmly and quickly
  • Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-organized
  • Communicate clearly with residents and set the right expectations.
  • Support basic sales activities like referrals and walk-ins
  • Maintain discipline, hygiene, and operational standards
  • Work flexible shifts and stay at the property when required

Training will be provided on processes, escalation handling, and operations.
