Job Description
Job Role- Mandarin expert for China/Taiwan invoice processing, payments, and compliance operations
- Maintain general accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure that proper information is reported in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Excel skills required
- Manage China/Taiwan invoice processing, payments, and compliance operations
- Maintain accounting systems, policies, and procedures in line with GAAP
- Support general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, and inter-company transactions
- Prepare journal entries, perform monthly book closure, and generate reports
- Ensure accurate and timely financial data for management decisions
- Review and analyze holds, outstanding and other reports
- Review and analyze inter-company transactions for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements
- Support development and maintenance of internal accounting procedures
- Participate in special projects as required
- Communicate with stakeholders
