Job Role

Mandarin expert for China/Taiwan invoice processing, payments, and compliance operations
Maintain general accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure that proper information is reported in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Excel skills required

Responsibilities

Manage China/Taiwan invoice processing, payments, and compliance operations
Maintain accounting systems, policies, and procedures in line with GAAP
Support general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, and inter-company transactions
Prepare journal entries, perform monthly book closure, and generate reports
Ensure accurate and timely financial data for management decisions
Review and analyze holds, outstanding and other reports
Review and analyze inter-company transactions for accuracy
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements
Support development and maintenance of internal accounting procedures
Participate in special projects as required
Communicate with stakeholders
