Graphic Design Lead
Experience: 4 - 9 Years Exp.
Salary : INR 15-20 Lacs per annum
Preferred Notice Period: Within 30 Days
Shift: 10:00AM to 7:00PM IST
Opportunity Type: Office , Bengaluru, Karnataka
Placement Type: Permanent

Role Overview Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the design team to achieve project objectives.
- Ideate and develop graphics and visuals, product illustrations, social media, events as per the brand guidelines to create impactful communication.
- Work with defined templates and create new templates for graphically impressive social media tiles, proposals and presentations that can be reused at scale.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Participate in client discussions, project planning meetings, internal task planning and allocation meetings.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions, weekly or monthly catch up calls to enhance team capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4 9 years with experience in graphic design work.
- Experience of graphic design tools like Adobe photoshop, Illustrator is mandatory
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or other similar Video & motion graphics would be an added advantage
- Bachelors in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience
- Ability to quickly absorb a brands Visual Identity Guidelines and put them into practice
- Portfolio is a Must

Interview Process -
- L1 : interview + small task on call itself, illustrator installed
- L2 : With CEO - design task (in office), will give laptop/get theirs (1hr task)
