Role Overview

We re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate enterprise partnerships and customer success for our Data Intelligence vertical. Based in Mumbai, this individual will lead client acquisition, relationship management, and account expansion initiatives while collaborating with internal product, technology, and data teams to deliver transformative solutions.

Business Development & Client Growth

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across BFSI, fintech, and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, longterm client relationships that ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and aligning them with our data intelligence solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver tailored, highvalue propositions.
  • Develop goto-market strategies for new solutions and contribute to business planning and forecasting.
  • Represent Square Yards Data Intelligence at key industry forums and events to enhance visibility and market positioning.

Partnerships & Go-to-Market Enablement

  • Build and manage partnerships with lenders, technology providers, data partners, and ecosystem collaborators.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial arrangements that enable growth and mutual success.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including content development, leadgeneration campaigns, and partner events.
  • Track market trends, competitor insights, and client feedback to identify new growth opportunities.

Ideal Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in financial services, data solutions, or fintech domains.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales and relationship management in BFSI or government sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently and scale a business unit.
  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field from a reputed institution.
