Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor integration requests through the Zoho Ticketing System.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless execution of integration processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
Provide timely support and updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding integration progress.
Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices for integration management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance integration workflows and optimize system performance.
Proactively identify and suggest improvements to streamline integration operations.

Additional Qualification and Skills:

Prior experience in operations, integration management, or technical support is preferred.
Proficiency in using Zoho Ticketing System or similar CRM/ticketing platforms.
Excellent email management and communication skills for professional client and team interactions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve integration issues.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
