Optimize application performance and scalability, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks.
Implement robust testing strategies, including unit and integration tests, to ensure code quality and stability.
Debug and resolve issues, troubleshoot application errors, and provide timely technical support.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Node.js and related technologies, and suggest improvements to enhance the development process.
Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
Contribute to the overall architecture and technical decisions of the applications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Node.js Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects that showcase your skills.
Proficiency in Node.js and its ecosystem, including frameworks such as Express.js.
Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their integration with back-end services.
Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.
Understanding of containerization and deployment using tools like Docker.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is desirable.
