Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an International Customer Service & Sales (Upselling) process. The role involves handling international customers, resolving queries, and driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service and issue resolution
• Upsell and cross-sell products/services to customers
• Maintain quality and compliance standards
• Achieve individual and team targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Customer Service / Sales / Upselling
• Graduate mandatory (any stream)
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in 24*7 rotational shifts

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• 5 days working + 2 rotational week offs
