About the Role
We are seeking a skilled NodeJS Developer with hands-on experience in backend development, SQL queries, and Kubernetes deployment (preferably on Google Cloud). The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with global teams during late shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using NodeJS and related frameworks.
- Design, build, and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Write efficient SQL queries and manage relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters (preferably on Google Cloud Platform).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and reliable systems.
- Manage source code via GitHub and follow best CI/CD practices.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Technical Skills Required
- NodeJS: Strong experience with REST APIs, Express.js, and async programming.
- SQL: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent databases (queries, joins, schema design).
- Kubernetes: Solid understanding of containerization, deployment, and scaling in GCP environments.
- Version Control: Proficient in Git/GitHub workflows (branches, PRs, code reviews).
- Messaging Systems: Exposure to Apache Kafka (preferred).
- Cloud: Working experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Tools: Comfortable using VSCode or similar IDEs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
