Job Description

Role- Azure cloud architect

Job Overview:
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale Azure cloud solutions. Translate business needs into robust architectures while ensuring security, compliance, performance, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and document Azure architectures aligned with business goals
Lead on-prem to cloud migration efforts and PoC development
Enforce governance, security, and IaC best practices
Architect disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize Azure environments

Required Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Azure services, automation, and architecture
Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and cloud migrations
Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification

Desired Skills:

Expertise in IaC tools (ARM, Terraform, Bicep)
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI)
Understanding of event-driven, hybrid, microservices, and container-based architectures
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
