Role Overview
We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer who can deeply understand and reconstruct complex product experiences from UI structure and user workflows, to backend APIs, data modelling, and system behaviour. In this role, youll replicate production-grade SaaS platforms and wire them up to our backend systems and AI agents. Youll work in a tight team of three to build interfaces and workflows that feel indistinguishable from the real product, but operate on synthetic or proxy data models. This is a high impact, high-ownership role with fast iteration cycles.
Background
As a Fullstack Engineer, youll be working on developing advanced computer-use environments used in developing AI models. Here we work with frontier AI labs to train their models to engage in the most valuable tasks of tomorrow. You will work on the edge of the AI data industry and learn valuable skills to push the development of advanced AI.
Note: This role does not require any AI / Computer-Use model training experience.
What Youll Do
- Develop end-to-end products and workflows (such as tables, expenses, reimbursements, billing flows, and organizational management)
- Implement React frontends with clean, maintainable TSX component systems Build and integrate backend services, including:
- REST APIs
- Session management and auth flows
- Database schema design and implementation
- Service wiring and state handling
- Work with data to demonstrate functional workflows without requiring live integrations
- Own feature development end-to-end, from architecture implementation testing polish
- Conduct code reviews and uphold a strong engineering quality bar within the team
Example Scope You Might Take On
You may be tasked with replicating core workflows from the Ramp platform: Expenses & Reimbursements lifecycle
- Virtual card creation + request flows
- Employee / org management dashboards
- Billing & accounting pages with filtering/sorting/state flows
- Navigation + interaction patterns matching real UX

The goal is a real and functional product experience used to train advanced AI models, for example OpenAI ChatGPT and Anthropic Claude, to navigate these environments to complete valuable tasks.
What Were Looking For
Professional software engineering experience in production systems
Strong proficiency in:
- TypeScript
- React or similar frontend framework
- FastAPI or similar backend framework
- SQL/PostgreSQL or similar database framework
- Ability to design and implement:
- HTTP/REST APIs
- DB schemas + migrations (PostgreSQL strongly preferred)
- Server routing and session management/auth
- Strong product intuition: you need an eye for workflow correctness, UX clarity, and UI polish
- Ability to reverse engineer workflows from observation and documentation Self-directed execution with clear communication and structured reasoning
