CTC: 06-08Lacs

Notice Period: Immediate / 30 days

Candidate Preferred from Fintech Company

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the business Sales / Service / regional operations / Resourcing / profitability
Achieve the region sales target
Maintain & Build partner bank relationship
Key account management Meeting Customers demonstrating capabilities will be the primary focus. Develop business / sales presentations, value propositions.
The focus of the job is in building a strong sales team and keeping them trained and motivated to achieve the sales objectives.
7-8 years of experience in Merchant acquiring is a MUST
Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively
Willing to work under pressure and disciplined enough to set example for the team
