We have job opportunities with Defence Product Manufacturing Company for Assistant Manager/Manager for Delhi (Okhla) Locations.

Must have experience in Defence Product

Must have experience in Government Sales

Job Title: Domestic Sales-Assistant Manager/Manager and Export Sales(both different positions)

Key Responsibilities:

Should have good experience of working on MS Words, Excel, powerpoint and other office applications.

Should have experience in Customer Interaction/

* Should be hardworking

* Should be open to travel

Excellent English (Speaking and Writing)

Preferably with experience of Security Products/ Govt. business

Open to take up different works/assignments

* Prior exposure to E- Portal & GeM Portal is preferred Typical

Job Description is as follows:

Handling Pre Sales and Post Sales Documentation and follow up and exploring new business opportunities in various departments of the Ministry of Government.
To generate business through tendering process; this covers from attending the Pre Bid Meetings, Discussion over techno commercial points, understanding of tender terms and conditions, submission of tender enquiry and the post bid submission activities till the release of the purchase order from the concerned organization.
Release of Goods Receipt Note/Material Receipt Note/Consignment Receipt Note from the competent authority after dispatching of Material and Realization of payment from the Finance authority of the concerned Department.
Handling factory inspection process, which includes inspection of Quality Management Systems and product certification, preparation of documents, well versant with inspection norms of various
Government Departments
Handling the team of domestic sales
Checking and filing Tenders
Tender Sampling / Technical Evaluation / Follow-up
Filing correspondences and inquiries
