Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for:
- Enhancing Salesforce solutions by supporting and sometimesleading the development and optimization of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Implementing best-in-class configuration, customization, anddevelopment standards.
- Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforcetechnical solutions, including APEX, Lightning Web Components, middleware, anddata warehouse integrations.
- Acting as an SME for Salesforce solution integrations andowning the design and flow of integration data between platforms.
- Supporting solution design to deliver scalable,high -performance Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
- Mentoring and developing junior Salesforce team members tofoster technical growth.
- Engaging and communicating effectively with Director andExecutive -level stakeholders, both on business and technical sides.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Functional Requirements:
- Experience in systems audits, requirements gathering, andprocess mapping.
- Ability to create functional and technical designdocumentation .
- Experience in creating data architecture and entityrelationship diagrams.
- Ability to create end-user acceptance testing (UAT) scriptsand support UAT processes.
- Creation of end-user support and training materials.
Technical Requirements :
- Understanding of Sales and Customer Service processes.
- Experience customizing, configuring, and developingSalesforce solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning WebComponents (LWC), and Flow.
- Expertise in building apps and automation within Sales Cloudand Service Cloud using custom objects, process automation, and the Lightningexperience .
- Experience integrating Salesforce with data warehouses andother systems.
- Familiarity with middleware platforms such asHeroku,Mulesoft , Boomi, or Informatica.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and authenticationprotocols for secure integrations (desirable).
- Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizingLightning Web Components (desirable).
- Understanding of SQL (desirable).
- Salesforce certifications are required.

- Comfortable delivering technical demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Experience working on accounts with sizeable budgets and multiple markets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and clients.
- Ability to work at pace with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel when required.
