Were Hiring: Application Testing Lead (.NET & Java)
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Application Testing Lead to manage and drive testing strategies for enterprise applications built on .NET and Java platforms. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.  Working from Client location - 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the testing team for .NET and Java applications
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards
Drive automation using tools like Selenium, JUnit, NUnit, TestNG
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Track and report testing progress, metrics, and quality indicators
Mentor and guide team members to enhance technical and domain expertise

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years in software testing
Strong knowledge of .NET and Java applications
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, NUnit, TestNG)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Maven)
API testing experience (Postman, RestAssured)
Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus
Bonus Points:
ISTQB or similar certification
Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
