4+ years of relevant experience in software development, automation engineering, or related fields, including substantial experience with AI/ML frameworks in any of cloud platforms OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP.
Proven expertise implementing AI/ML solutions in production, preferably focused on AI operations (AIOps), automation, observability
As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

Document findings, recommend solutions or workarounds, and drive effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on customers. Continuously contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the support function
