Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
