  • We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to drive the creation ofSemantic Agent Builder
  • Semantic Agent Builder empowers engineers to create highvalue AI agents on our semantic data platform for use with the Oracle Health EHR
  • This role leads the creation of a purpose-built developer experienceenabling an engineer to assemble an agent, validate it, and publish via a governed process using an AI-powered integrated development environment
  • You will own the strategy and delivery of an agentic development experience, working with the semantic data platform and collaborating with teams including data science, engineering, and UX
Qualifications (required)
  • 4+ years of direct product management experience delivering platform or developerfacing products with measurable customer or internal adoption success.
  • Demonstrated success shipping IDEcentric experiences (plugins/extensions, SDKs, or developer tools) or adjacent developer workflows (templates, emulators, registry/publish systems).
  • Experience writing PRDs that lead to successful product launch.
  • Strong problem framing and specification skills: write solutionagnostic PRDs and acceptance criteria aligned to user outcomes; partner effectively with engineering to land increments across phases releases.
  • Evidence of rigorous product thinking: can balance speed with governance; comfortable working in highly regulated or securitysensitive environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tell a compelling story, align stakeholders, and produce clear artifacts (roadmaps, status summaries, decision logs).
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with healthcare-related records systems, data platforms and interoperability (e.g., FHIR, clinical/operational data models) is highly recommended.
  • Familiarity with observability and quality gates for earlyphase products (e.g., canaries, smoke tests, performance baselines in test shells).
Preferred qualifications
  • Prior work on agentic or AIassisted developer workflows (e.g., IDE experiences, vibe coding, codeaware validation, test emulators) or on publish/review lifecycles for distributed systems.
  • Experience creating assets such as quickstarts, samples, FAQs and ability to run feedback loops (e.g., hackathons, design partner programs).

  • Define and drive the product outcomes including fast scaffoldtorun agent development process, streamlined agent connection to data and publication/approval workflows, and enhanced agent lifecycle management.
  • Own the highcode authoring experience in the IDE, including developer onboarding paths, templates, and the endtoend first run journey against realistic semantic data snapshots.
  • Shape the publish and review lifecycle in partnership with Architecture and CE, including agent registry metadata and validation in the AI UI shell.
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver the core SAB capabilities (e.g., IDE plugin integrations, exposure of approved tool packs and emulators, environment bootstrapper, publish/deploy to execution targets and the single agent registry), while protecting Oracle IP in externalfacing artifacts.
  • Translate user problems into clear, solutionagnostic specifications: acceptance criteria, success metrics, and phase scope; maintain a living roadmap that reflects learning and platform guardrails.
  • Collaborate closely with customer enablement to seed onboarding assets (quickstarts, samples, FAQs).
  • Support hackathons and user feedback sessions to validate and improve user experience.
  • Establish and track product metrics and KPIs.
  • Lead stakeholder communication and decision logs; provide crisp written and verbal status; escalate blockers promptly to leadership.
