JobDescription QA Engineer / Lead QA
KeyResponsibilities
Collaborating with your peers and engaging with Software Engineers,Product Managers, Delivery as part of our cross functional teams
Advocating for the utilisation of the quality-first mindset throughoutthe development process
Ensuring that we are embedding quality into our processes, utilisingrelevant techniques and heuristics where required to ensure effective testingand feedback loops
You will be hands on, working with engineers to test and measure qualityas products are being built
Requirements
Lead - 5+ years within the quality engineering space
For leadroles: We d like to also see proven experience in leading and coaching juniorengineers when it comes to quality and embedding it into teams Ideally 1+years of experience in this area
You havea strong desire to continually improve, with an innate curiosity and an eye fordetail
You haveexcellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively seek out andraise risks with relevant team members and leadership, working with them tohelp resolve any issues
You havea strong understanding of testing techniques, heuristics and processes - andhow/when they are implemented during the development process
You havea working understanding of test automation, its benefits and how it should beimplemented along with knowledge of pitfalls Bonus points if you haveexperience in building automated test frameworks to a working level!
You havehad exposure to applications built with any of the following:
Javascript/Typescript + React/Angular/Vue js
Testing frameworks such as playwright, storybook
C# NET
Observability frameworks such as Grafana/Datadog
