Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Voice/Inbound)


Location: Hyderabad (On-site)


Compensation: Up to 4.8 LPA (Based on experience)


Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week (Rotational Shifts & Offs 24/7 Environment)


The Role

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the voice of a leading global Internet Service Provider. You arent just answering phones; you are a problem-solver who ensures our customers stay connected to what matters most. You will handle inbound inquiries regarding technical troubleshooting, billing, and service management with empathy and efficiency.


What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Inbound Voice Support: Manage high-volume inbound calls from customers regarding internet connectivity, speed issues, and hardware configurations.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for routers, modems, and network settings.
  • Billing & Account Management: Resolve queries related to invoices, payment plans, and service upgrades/downgrades.
  • Customer Retention: Build rapport and provide a "First Call Resolution" (FCR) to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (Any stream).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service domain (Voice process preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Technical Savvy: Basic understanding of ISP terminology (IP addresses, DNS, WiFi bands) is a strong plus.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts and rotational weekends.
