Job Description
Job Title: Policy Administration P&C Auto
Location: Noida
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: US Shifts (Night Shift)
Grades & Compensation:
- A3 Grade: 1 to 3 years experience | Up to 4 LPA
- A4 Grade: Above 3 years experience | Up to 5.2 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 15 days
About the Role
We are looking for professionals with experience in Policy Administration for P&C Auto Insurance (US). The role involves processing policy changes based on CRM requests while ensuring compliance with state regulations and business rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of policy updates from CRM requests.
- Maintain accuracy and high-quality standards.
- Interact with US-based clients professionally.
- Provide training to team members when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in US P&C Auto Insurance.
- Strong understanding of insurance terminologies and processes.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors Degree.
- Prior experience in digital customer interaction.
- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
