Demand Manager - (Holiday Packages)
OYO is a global platform that aims to empower entrepreneurs and small businesses with hotels and homes by
providing full-stack technology products and services that aims to increase revenue and ease operations;
bringing easy-to-book, affordable, and trusted accommodation to customers around the world. OYO offers
40+ integrated products and solutions to patrons who operate over 157K hotel and home storefronts in more

What will you be
doing


Identify and engage with potential travel agents/agencies to build a strong business relationship
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of travel agents for consistent business growth and revenue
generation





Gain deep knowledge of the holiday packages offered by the company, including pricing, itineraries,
and special deals
Effectively communicate the unique selling points (USPs) of the packages to travel agents and
customers
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to keep the packages relevant and
competitive
Stay well-informed about key leisure destinations, highlighting the attractions and selling points of
each destination
Organize training sessions for travel agents to enhance their understanding of destinations and holiday
packages


Drive and manage the generation of quality queries from travel agents
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, ensuring a continuous flow of potential
business opportunities

Focus on converting leads into actual sales by guiding travel agents and customers through the
booking process



Monitor TA network performance and suggest strategies for improving conversion rates
Identify new accounts and actively engage with them to build long-term partnerships
Conduct regular follow-ups with new accounts to pulse interest and maintain consistent engagement

Required Skills





Ready to travel as and when required and willingness to work on field
Networking ability to build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and partners
Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email Writing)
Excellent negotiation skills
Analytical ability
Who are we looking
for


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, business development, or demand management, ideally within the travel
or tourism industry

Strong understanding of holiday packages, leisure destinations, and travel trends.
