Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP WebGUI development and enhancement projects across life sciences business units.
Design and implement user-friendly WebGUI interfaces tailored to functional areas such as Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
Ensure alignment of SAP WebGUI solutions with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
Customize SAP WebGUI layouts, themes, and navigation to improve user experience and productivity.
Optimize performance of WebGUI applications, including load times, rendering, and responsiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WebGUI and backend SAP modules.
Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP, and functional teams to ensure seamless integration of WebGUI with ECC, S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
Support integration with document management systems, e-signature platforms, and reporting tools.

8+ years of experience in SAP technical roles
3+ years of experience on SAP WebGUI.
3+ years on SAP ECC/S/4HANA architecture and WebGUI customization.
3+ years of experience on GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and validation documentation.

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP WebGUI Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and optimization of SAP WebGUI-based solutions within a regulated Life Sciences environment. This role involves technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on expertise in SAP GUI customization, integration, and performance tuning.
