Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong domain expertise in the Real Estate industry (Construction and Property Sales). The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience, including 23 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, and proven capability in integrating SAP with Salesforce. This role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver scalable and efficient SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Experience & Skills:

1. 58 years of overall experience in SAP consulting or implementation roles
2. 23 full-cycle (end-to-end) SAP implementation projects specifically within the Real Estate industry (Construction and Property Sales)
3. Mandatory experience integrating SAP with Salesforce
4. Strong understanding of Real Estate business processes and industry best practices
5. Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
6. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP implementations in the Real Estate domain, covering construction, property sales, leasing, and related processes
2. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional and technical solutions
3. Configure, customize, and support SAP modules relevant to Real Estate operations
4. Design and manage SAPSalesforce integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and system integrators
6. Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), go-live, and post-implementation support
7. Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user training materials
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
