Job Description

• Design and implement enterprise-scale AI and data platforms powering Oracles AI-native database.
• Drive innovation in vector databases, agentic AI frameworks, AI enrichment, RAG pipelines, and applied AI integration.
• Rapidly prototype new features and pipelines; iterate from proof of concept to production.
• Maintain and enhance core Oracle Database features with a focus on performance, reliability, and scale.
• Mentor new hires; elevate team practices through reviews, design guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Actively participate in idea sprints and translate cutting-edge ideas into production features

• Proven expertise in applied AI/ML; Demonstrated experience in transitioning solutions from research to production.
• Strong technical foundations: Advanced knowledge of database internals, distributed systems or large-scale data infrastructure.
• Excellent programming skills: Proficiency in designing and implementing high-quality systems, collaborating effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
• History of innovation: Publications, patents or contributions to impactful products/projects are highly valued.
