Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager , you will be part of the A nsible Readiness and ITOM Discovery team , supporting Mission Critical infrastructure for Ensono s clients . Using your proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills you will help identify , communicate, and resolve issues to optimize our IT infrastructure using Automation platform o n various automation tools like AAP, AWX, Sidekick, etc.
Key Responsibilities
The Support team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the service we deliver to our clients by effectively:
- Managing all tickets logged into the Ansible & ITOM Discovery queue
- Managing client/Internal communication on all Ansible & ITOM client onboarding/troubleshooting
- Conducting proactive and reactive audit under readiness of Ansible and ITOM Discovery, coordinating with internal team for resolution
- Use your expertise to lead and guide the team
- Need more understanding on WINRM, SSL and SNMP concepts
- Knowledge on Windows Servers, Linux and Networking systems,
- Basic Knowledge on Azure/AWS/GCV
- Developing script knowledge like Perl and python
Knowledge
- A n intermediate understanding of Infrastructure technologies including Unix, Microsoft Windows Server , Storage /Backup and Networking.
- Demonstrable experience of working in an IT infrastructure.
- Basic technical awareness of IT infrastructure Servers (Windows, Unix, AIX)/ Networks (Switch, Routers, DNS) Database and URL s
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework desirable (Incident, Request, Change and Problems)
- An intermediate technical awareness about TCP, UDP, PING, SNMP, WMI.

- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Good team working skill s essential
- ITIL certification desirable
- Able to communicate in groups with confidence and conviction
Experience
- Minimum 7 to 9 years of working experience supporting OS like Windows, Linux, Networking and Databases for large environments
- Windows Administration across all OS from 2008 to latest experience is MUST
- Linux Administration across all flavors are added advantages
- Basic Cloud technology exposure in Azure, AWS and GCP is added advantages
