JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring Senior Nodejs Backend Developers to work on high scale backend systems handling large data volumes and performance critical workflows.
This role is strictly for backend engineers with strong Nodejs fundamentals and hands on experience with MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
This is a full time onsite role in Sitapura Jaipur.
Candidates looking for remote or hybrid roles should not apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design develop and maintain scalable backend services using Nodejs
- Build and optimize REST APIs for high traffic applications
- Work with MongoDB for schema design indexing and performance tuning
- Implement and optimize Elasticsearch queries
- Ensure high performance low latency and system stability
- Debug production issues and improve backend reliability
- Collaborate with product QA and engineering teams
MANDATORY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 to 5 years of hands on backend development experience using Nodejs
- Strong understanding of Nodejs async programming and backend architecture
- Practical experience with MongoDB including indexing and query optimization
- Hands on experience with Elasticsearch
- Experience building scalable backend APIs
- Willingness to work onsite in Sitapura Jaipur
GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS
- Experience with Redis or caching mechanisms
- Exposure to microservices or event driven systems
- Experience working on SaaS or high traffic platforms
- Performance optimization and debugging skills
EDUCATION
BTech BE BCA BSc Computer Science MCA or equivalent practical experience
WHO SHOULD APPLY
