Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business leads through networking and other channels.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the paints and coatings industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
