Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for lending and payment domain.
2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify business opportunities, risks, and challenges within the lending and payments domain.
3. Design and develop comprehensive business and functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to support project development.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Evaluate existing lending and payment processes, systems, and technologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
6. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to internal teams and external clients on lending and payment-related matters.
7. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project requirements, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with regulatory compliance teams to ensure that lending and payment solutions adhere to industry regulations and standards.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the lending and payments domain.
10. Mentor and coach junior business analysts to foster their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, , Computer Science, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience 3-5 Years working as a Business Analyst in the lending and payments domain.
- In-depth knowledge of lending products, payment systems, and financial services industry regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
