Role: Medical Coders

Responsibilities:

• Review Surgery/SDS charts and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with guidelines
• Meet productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

• Certified coder (CPC/CCS/CIC or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Surgery & SDS coding
• Good understanding of medical terminology and anatomy

Role: Quality Control Analyst (QCA)

Responsibilities:

• Audit coded charts for accuracy and completeness
• Provide feedback and support to coders
• Ensure adherence to payer and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Mandatory coding certification
• Strong auditing and analytical skills
• Experience as QA Surgery/SDS preferable
