Job Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of software product development experience with expertise in full stack development/coding with proficiency in Java, ReactJS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Strong expertise and practical experience in building highly scalable, large and complex technical projects from concept to production
- Demonstrated expertise in migrating legacy systems to cloud platforms, including strategy development, execution, and optimization.
- 5+ years of experience of growing and leading successful teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
- Career Level - M3
- As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software
- development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases
- according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements
- to the architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing software development team focused on healthcare applications.
- Define technical strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Demonstrate Customer first focus through delivery of high quality features as prioritized by the organization.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging best practices and continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and deliver solutions that meet healthcare standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap aligning it with the companys objectives and healthcare industry trends.
