Senior Manager, Software Development @ Oracle

Job Description

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of software product development experience with expertise in full stack development/coding with proficiency in Java, ReactJS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong expertise and practical experience in building highly scalable, large and complex technical projects from concept to production
• Demonstrated expertise in migrating legacy systems to cloud platforms, including strategy development, execution, and optimization.
• 5+ years of experience of growing and leading successful teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
• Career Level - M3
• As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software
• development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases
• according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements
• to the architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-performing software development team focused on healthcare applications.
• Define technical strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Demonstrate Customer first focus through delivery of high quality features as prioritized by the organization.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging best practices and continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and deliver solutions that meet healthcare standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap aligning it with the companys objectives and healthcare industry trends.
